Our Menu:
Kaze will evolve the way Chicago enjoys sushi. Toppings and fresh, seasonal fish, expertly prepared, will deliver an unrivaled taste only offered at Kaze. Signature dishes with toppings will include tuna topped with shiitake mushrooms stir-fried with butter and black pepper sauce as well as unagi with cheese, chives and black pepper.
